CIVIL PROJECT ENGINNER
EXO is seeking a full-time Mid-Level Civil Engineer to join our Orlando, Florida or Alexandria, Virginia office. The successful candidate will lead technical design of land development projects, coordinate with clients and agencies, mentor junior staff, perform Civil 3D design, grading, utilities, stormwater modeling, and support project management.
What You’ll Do
Lead technical design of site development projects.
Prepare grading, drainage, utility and erosion control plans.
Perform stormwater modeling using ICPR.
Coordinate permitting with municipalities and regulatory agencies.
Mentor junior engineers.
Coordinate with architects, surveyors and consultants.
Assist Project Managers with scheduling and budgeting.
Qualifications
BS Civil Engineer
Florida PE or ability to obtain within one year
4–8 years land development experience
Expert Civil 3D
ICPR experience
Strong technical writing skills
