CIVIL 3D TECHNOLOGY MANAGER

EXO is seeking Civil 3D Technology Manager to join our Orlando, Florida or Alexandria, Virginia office. The successful candidate will lead CAD standards, templates, automation, Civil 3D workflows, training, BIM/GIS coordination, software implementation, and production support.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage Civil 3D standards and templates.

  • Develop company CAD standards.

  • Build and maintain pressure pipe networks.

  • Manage data shortcuts and reference files.

  • Implement automation using Dynamo, AutoLISP or scripting.

  • Support GIS integration.

  • Train engineering and CAD staff.

  • Troubleshoot production issues.

  • Evaluate emerging software and AI tools.

  • Coordinate software implementation.

  • Standardize details and production workflows.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years Civil 3D experience

  • Expert knowledge of Civil 3D

  • Pipe Networks

  • Survey Database

  • Grading Optimization

  • Data Shortcuts

  • Project Explorer

  • Stormwater modeling software

  • BIM coordination experience preferred

  • Strong teaching and mentoring abilities
