SENIOR CIVIL ENGINEER
EXO is seeking a full-time Senior-Level Civil Engineer to join our Orlando, Florida or Alexandria, Virginia office. The successful candidate will lead multidisciplinary projects, oversee budgets, schedules, QA/QC, client relationships, mentoring, and business development.
What You’ll Do
Manage multiple land development projects.
Lead engineering design teams.
Oversee project budgets and schedules.
Perform QA/QC reviews.
Coordinate directly with clients and agencies.
Mentor engineers and CAD staff.
Support business development efforts.
Develop innovative engineering solutions.
Qualifications
Florida Professional Engineer
8+ years land development experience
Strong permitting experience
Project management experience
Client relationship skills
Excellent communication
